1 credit = 1 transcribed page
If the record is 2 pages long, then 2 credits will be charged. Translation, if necessary, is included in the credit. It is performed automatically for records that are not in the customer’s original language (when the customer logs into their Heredis account, we know the language of their account).

We charge for every analysis run, even for a record that has already been processed.
